This new development in Moseley, a small town in the borough of Elmbridge in Surrey, consisted of nine, 3-6 bedroom houses with values ranging from approximately £1.8m to £3m. Molesey is just outside Greater London, between 12-14 miles from Charing Cross so it’s an ideal location for those wishing to raise a family and commute to work in central London.
The majority of Hampton Court Park and much of the southern part of Bushy Park lie within East Molesey, making it the most sought after part of town. House prices in the area are comparable to nearby Hampton Court and the average sale price is at least £600K, which puts the Palace Road development at the luxury end of the market.
With all this in mind, it’s not surprising that the new houses required the very best, cutting-edge smart technology. WLS were brought in to ensure that the new, luxury homes had all the security and convenience that modern technology can provide. From a video entry system to entrance gate automation, CCTV and a sophisticated burglar alarm, the integrated systems ensured the highest security. The multi-million pound development project began in January 2012 and was completed in September of the same year.
For the vehicle and pedestrian gates, WLS used FAAC gate automation technology. As an industry leading manufacturer, FAAC gate automation products are renowned for their durability and reliability, and are manufactured to ISO 9001 quality standard. Integrated into the automated gates are networked BPT video entry systems, enabling residents to get an audio and visual identification of visitors before admitting them. For residents entering the property in road vehicles, a key fob can be used to remotely open the gate. The houses themselves are protected with cutting-edge Honeywell Security Galaxy intruder alarms and Samsung CCTV.
