Client to telephone the service department during normal working hours on 0208 676 4300 and out of office hours on a dedicated call out number. Client to provide:
All requests for engineer attendance received before 10.00 am Monday to Friday ( excl. bank holidays ) will receive same day attendance.
Calls received after 10.00 am we will try to attend same day and if not the following day.
When the engineer is on site he will report to the office contact and sign in.The engineer will attend the area or building where the fault has occurred and provide the client with the details of what the fault is and an estimated time for it to be resolved.
Once the fault is resolved the engineer will provide a maintenance docket to detail what the actual fault was, how it was fixed and if any further work is required.
To gain access to the system or parts of the system equipment all engineers will use stepladders, mobile towers or mobile elevated working platforms. West London Security will provide method statements and risk assessments for the use of these plant items. Client to provide access equipment for heights above 2.4 metres.
Has the client experienced any problems with other parts of the system? Identify and provide plan of action to remedy faults.
Provide the client with copies of our Maintenance report, West London Security Safe methods of work, issue correct PPE / Tools / Plant, West London Security Tidy areas of work and return all plant West London Security Access to all working areas, Customer
